The home was my mother's and she loved it. She painted the living room a lovely tan (toasted coconut) and the kitchen green. The cabinets throughout the home are oak and she got the best quality she could. The trim and interior finish is the best Dutch offered and the bathrooms have really good cabinets and mirrors.  Both of the bathrooms have step-in showers. The deck was custom made for her and has a nice area to sit and is also covered. The shed is about 7 feet by 9 feet and my brother put it together and it will not fall apart. The home is very bright and cheery. The master bedroom is not carpeted because mom was a gifted seamstress and sewed in that room. By not having carpet she could find dropped pins and lost stuff easier. It was also easier to clean it when she was finished.

There are great walk-in closets in both bedrooms and a nice pantry in the kitchen. Both of the bathrooms have nice laundry closets and lots of storage in the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets open both sides (into the kitchen and living room both).

All of the appliances stay. Gas stove, with microwave. The refrigerator is a Kenmore that mom bought and the washer and dryer are also Kenmore, from sears.

There is a Lowrey organ in the living room that mom bought about 2 years ago. At this point, we haven't found anyone to take the organ. If anyone is interested in the home, the organ goes with it if they want it! (if not we will find someone to take it out of the home)

We will certainly work with any reasonable offer made for the home. We would really like to sell this home before winter sets in.
